Congratulation Seniors!
Each year, Wilmington Oral Surgery selects a local high school student who is interested in pursuing a career in the dental or medical field to receive a Scholarship Award. This year, we awarded three scholarships to three local Clinton County students in the amount of $1,000 each.
And the winners are….
Wilmington High School: ELLEN ALFEREZ, will be attending Sinclair College. Originally from the Philippines, she had the language barrier and conquered it. She chose to become a nurse because of the driving force to help others and loves the challenge to spend her life doing so.
Clinton-Massie High School: ISABELLA GROSS, will be attending Wright State University. She has always wanted to be able to help people. Becoming a nurse or even a higher challenge, will give her that opportunity to do so!
East Clinton High School: KELSI LILLY, will be attending Kettering College. She chose this specific major because there is such a need for nurses everywhere, and would love to help people who have disorders. Her goals are to achieve a masters degree and to work at a children’s hospital in child oncology or children with eating disorders.
Wilmington Oral Surgery is pleased to contribute a helping hand to the above mentioned graduating seniors future in the medical field!
To the future generation of medicine: Thank you!
Sincerely,
The Wilmington Oral Surgery Team
