Whenever an oral surgeon does something for his or her community and neighbors, it fills us with pride and joy here at Wilmington Oral Surgery.
Our colleagues in Washington state popped up in the news recently for their second annual “Smile Again” program. Here is the report from KEPR, the local CBS news affiliate.
With this program, Columbia Basin Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in Kennewick, WA, select a member of their community and offer to give that individual free surgery to repair their smile.
This year’s recipient, Victoria Wynalda, is a single mother of six children whom the surgeons describe as “a gracious, selfless person.”
Michael Johnson, DDS, MS, and Brandon Reddinger, DDS, MS, are two of the oral surgeons helping making this program possible.
They designed the Smile Again program to help their neighbors in Washington’s Adams, Benton, Franklin, and Yakima counties.
We commend Columbia Basin Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons on their inspiring program, and congratulate Victoria Wynalda on her newly restored smile.
